Okay. I need help.
I'm not sure if I have estrogen dominance of definciency.
When I have taken Fenugreek, and BustBoom, both increase estrogen levels, I break out, and I don't think my breast were affected.
I want bigger breasts!!
Is there someting I can take or use to increase my breast size, but not something that focuses entirely on increasing estrogen?
Would an herb/supplement that is to balance hormones out work?
Would any of these work: Breast Sucess, Maca, Borage Oil, Vitex ?
And when I tried massaging, my breasts got really sore and tender and hurt a lot. Could this be growing pains, and be a good idea to start again or not?

Should I use a hormone balancer, then stop and use a breast enlargement supplement? Or should I use something to balance hormones alone? Or a hormone balance & breast enlargement together??
