NB, EPO with low Body Temperatures?

#1
Rainbow

Hey all!

I have low body temperatures, and only get up to about 98.0 degrees on my period. Any other time, I stay around 97.4, and get down to 96 if I don't feel well.

My question(s) here are:

1.) Would you recommend heating pad before every NB use for consistant low temperatures of the body?

2.) I have seem some small result with the PM, but I think my low body temperature might be affecting how well it worked.

3.) I plan on massaging with natural EPO with the NB for my new program, would I need to manage my body temperature for this?

Thanks for your responses!

Low body temp could effect NBE cuz ur blood prob isn't circulating as well. Usually when I massage before NB I sit in front of the heater. Even if its not all that cold outside i'll still turn it on just to massage. Ive read kelp is good for body temp but I don't know much about it other then it pertains to the thyroid. Are you anemic? Sometimes I think I am so when I feel that way I take an iron supplement.

Yes, I do have a very slight anemia which I'm trying to treat with prenatal vitamins.
