Excerpt from "Estrogen Dominance" By: Michael Lam, MD, MPH http://www.drlam.com/articles/Estrogen_Dominance.asp
Here are some typical complaints from patients having estrogen dominance:
1. My breasts are swollen and getting bigger.
...
...
11. When I get a hug, my breasts hurt.
...
Please note that these are complaints, part of a list of otherwise disagreeable symptoms.
Isn't our object here to grow larger boobs?
And, aren't growing pains a part of that?
We just need to balance things out to get what we want, without the bad. To find what works for each of us.
Now I need to find what works for me!
I've been on a break that's soon to end. So I'm searching and looking again, trying to decide what I'm going to do. What do I need to buy now? What do I want to try now? What changes am I going to make?
More later.
