My weight loss regimen

Lost 15 pounds/7kg over six weeks. I normally walked one mile every morning at a fast pace, not quite jogging for quite a few yeas. Increased my distance to 2 miles, changed from 2 per cent milk to skim milk. Ate less at evening meal and eliminated most of the fatty foods in my diet. Now maintaining my weight at around 145 pounds + - two or three pounds. Walk distance back to one mile every morning, no other modifications to the diet. One time a month will treat myself to a chocolate/marshmallow ice cream sundae from Dairy Queen in the summer. Cool
