I was read this book called "Preventing Menopause" and it was talking about hormone balance and how one could hypothetically slow down the depletion of eggs when it speeds up in your 30's and onward. I also read that birth control pills cause an earlier onset of menopause perhaps because it causes a decrease in free testosterone levels. I was wondering whether NBE does this too? I know that most nbe treatments increase estradiol which is good I think however they do cause a change in hormone levels that could lead to faster egg depletion. What do you guys think?
