I am alittle torn between taking pm or ub. I am kinda leaning towards ub now. my question is if i take ub can i also take maca at the same time or do i need to cycle the two? I have lost alot of weight due to adjusting to my inlaws and need to put the weight back on. if anyone could help me that would be wonderful and much appreciated
