Can I massage after pumping with the Noogleberry?

#1
Question

I have a question about what to do immediately after pumping with the noogleberry.

I’m always very tempted to massage, I massage before pumping but I just feel my breast needs it after a pumping session. I have read that to go strait into a bra is good for keeping the swelling, and although I enjoy the swell, I’m not really interested in it I really want the growth so the idea of moving the blood around seems good to me but maybe this is wrong and its in the swell that you get the growth.

So your thoughts, is it good to massage immediately after? And what do you do strait after taking off your domes?

Hi Maz,

Swelling does cause growth. Mel explained it here:

Hi Isabelle,

thanks for the link, I had thought the swelling was important but that explained it some more. but then is it safe to touch your boobs in there swelled state do you think?

I feel quite fortunate after reading that, I get a good swelling overflowing my bra after a session so hopefully the NB is going to be my thing. As you know I've dabbled in a little of everything briefly. I like this and massage. should have got it months ago. Tongue

Hi Maz,

Massaging swollen breasts should only stretch them more, so I guess it will only work better.

But you can have the best of both worlds too. Chiyomilk does skin brushing before she puts on a bra that keeps everything on board. So if you pump, massage, skin brush, and then put on a shaping bra? Keeps your breasts warm too, like a heating pad.
