Siriporn Journey

HI

I have noticed some of the companies go on and on about their PM.
They discuss in detail about farming and cultivars etc etc.
I concur this is very slick......."what on god's earth is cropped"
cropped is that farmed? If it is why don't you say that........

Yep, it is very difficult to trust any company at all. They can practically put anything they want in their products. Getting USP supplements would be more on the safe side, but lots of companies are not supervised.

So, I just finished first month of Siriporn PM pills. I took it for the whole month straight since I am in peri-menopause and don't always have a regular period.

My period came this morning which means my cycle was 30 days. Totally normal and that's better than normal for me, lately.

Hi Sunnydaz

I'm glad to hear that. A friend of mine missed her period for 4 months.
The 1st month it came back the blood was brown and clumpy. Her next month's mense was rich red and not clumpy but completely back to normal.
If you use PM correctly you will stay young and radiant and always be regular!

So a small update. I think I have experienced estrogen dominance. I have had a slight headache that doesn't want to leave during my PM cycle. I decided to stop on the thirteenth day like I said because not only am I experiencing the slight headache (I would only experience headaches during my period), but I am also finding it hard to go to sleep. I see myself struggling to keep my eyes closed. What I did different this round was add Maca. I did, however, experience aches around the breasts during the end of the PM cycle, usually I experience them on the beginning only. But I also experienced cramps. I'll see how my luteal phase goes with the use of WY, SP, and FG Big Grin HAPPY GROWING TO ALL!!

Rosance, did you add Maca in this past cycle when you experienced the inability to sleep?

If so, I read something that Isabelle wrote a few months ago that talks about how you should take Maca in the morning, because it gives you energy. Where I read this was escapes me, because this forum is so extensive!! However, maybe this can be a solution to your sleeping problem! Smile

Aww NotSoBusty, I have read that too, and no I did not add it on my last cycle, I barely added it like a week before the ending of this cycle; so, I was taking it with PM for about a week. I was taking it in morning before the PM and in the evening, not late enough to cause me sleeping problems.
Another thing I forgot to add was that I also mixed two PM pills with a tablespoonful of lotion and applied it before noogling for this PM cycle. Maybe I over did the PM if it was really absorbed successfully. I just experienced like a mild anxiety attack. It felt like I was loosing it. Dizzy, unreal, with a bigger headache, heart beat rose a bit, and heavy breathing. I drank Ibuprofen about an hour ago and am feeling better Wink

Dam...I forgot to add another difference between the two cycles on PM. I took two pills a day on this last cycle; the first cycle was only one pill a day from day 8 through 19. This round involved my period (days 1-13).

There is really no way to know if you have estrogen dominance. Sometimes

a magnesium supplement is helpful . Also its a good idea to use some progesterone........2 wks before your menstruation. Maybe 3 to 5 days a week.
