A very interesting article on the estrogenic potential of various foods/herbs

#1

This article is from a bodybuilding site, therefore it's from the point if view of someone who wants to avoid phytoestrogens in order to gain muscle. It's also written in a very annoying "bro science" style typical of these kinds of sites. By the way if you're ever looking for layman's info on horomones, bodybuilding sites are chock full of extremely well researched articles on horomones and other relevant subjects. They're so much better than the crappy, nonsensical fitness mags most women get guilted into buying, and that includes me. Apparently their are a surprisingly huge number of super intelligent, shiny orange giants running ready to take over the world at any moment, but I digress Tongue . Here's the link to the article: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/diet-n...evels.html
Can someone please help me understand those food/herb lists? Why are there 2 foods/herbs on each line? Why do all the lines of the first list end in 0.5? In the list of progesteronic herbs Bloodroot has a 100 written next to it, but the herb with the next highest number only has an 8. What? Am I missing something?
