Hello,

I would like to know if anyone can help me with all those progesteron cream they sell....

i saw progesteron cream with phytoestrogen
progesteron with DHEA
and progesteron only

the cream i use right now it Robust cream by siriporn(1-2 twice a day)

i also have Finale Bust cream (ingredient are: Pm extract,Panax ginseng extract,collagen peptide, soy isoflavone plus Sericin(silk protein0, algea and honey extract)

Bio bust cream and Bio woman cream

But i would like to know if progesteron cream i really necessary for the growth?

When to take it?
Wich one to take?
And the best brand?

I started my PM program on Nov. 17 and so far i seem to growth a bit, feel tingling, not sore but i feel like something is going on....
but when i measure it the same

i know it to soon for see any growth but i will keep update as soon i will saw growth.

Well I would say that progesterone cream can't be necessary for most women because so many have grown without it. I guess it depends on your individual circumstances but it's not generally essential.

Progesterone supplementation may not be necessary, but progesterone is. If you have symptoms of progesterone deficiency then you could benefit from using PC.
