Hi everyone. I am in my fourth day attempting to use brava and am having some serious issues. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when i wake up in the morning I don't have any swelling at all. I'm following all of the directions and the alarm hasn't gone off once on me. I thought maybe I wasn't flaring the rims well enough on the sides but after trying repeatedly I just don't know what to do. Are the rims supposed to appear flat on the skin because mine won't unless I'm holding them down before attaching the smartbox. I'm getting really discouraged. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice?
