My thoughts on supplement stacking on PM

#1

First of all, good forum, good people.

Now I started doing my homework after my wife got a product named up'll D. Which is basically like a suction pad. Think a self adhesive bra mixed with a noogle thing. I am surprised that it hasn't been mentioned here because, it is a lot less intrusive. My wife wears it when she goes out sometimes.

Anyway I read hear about what people took with PM and how they cycled it. Again great forum. But I would like to add my two cents.

First off, I would recommend taking BCAA's (branch chain amino acids) these are useful as they contain a lot of l-leucine. It is especially useful for promoting and regulating protein sysnthesis. This is useful because protein is basically like the raw material your body uses when to grow. I like the product Xtend for BCAA's but you can get cheaper bulk ones.

Second of all protein. I would recommend investing in some whey protein isolate, or whey protein concentrate (cheaper, but not as good). I would recommend getting this from a bodybuilding store. This is because the "diet" drinks. Are the same thing but with sugar filler and a higher price.
bodybuilding.com is cheap if your in the usa. I am unsure about soy protein being better, with the soy effect on oestrogen. But whey protein isolate has a better amino acid profile which is better for growth. So what I would suggest is. Instead of taking your pills with just milk. Mix the milk with some protein powder.

Alot of people here are supping with arganine. But there are two main types of Arganine. Normal L-Arganine and AAKG (arganine alpha keraguate*something like that*) L-arganine seems like it could be useful. But to my knowledge I thought it was more useful for men. Anyway if you get a good protein powder, it should have a good supply of L-arganine in it. AAKG is used as nitric oxide booster. Which aids in blood circulation, some companies mix it with other supplements as a kind of transport mechanism. To blast their supplement around the bloodstream.

Lastly I would recommend a Multivitamin. A good multivitamin will have a good mix of supps to get your body in check, even your hormones. I am not well learned for women. But I know for men they have things like zinc which is good.

Also I would strongly suggest not being in a calorie deficient diet. It is difficult to create an environment for growth when the input calories are barely enough to maintain your existing body requirments. Finding your maintenance calorie requirments and adding 200-300 more would be ideal.

When it comes to supplements, try and do your homework. Look for supplements that are backed up by research. There are so many useless supplements or supplements that need to be an extract or have some special processing but don't.

Currently my wife has been taking PM for about two weeks.
She takes 1050mg of PM (3x350mg tabs)
She massages similar to chiyo milk with a cream that has PM for 5 min before bed (better results were seen after she used the cream less sparingly)
She also wears the up'll D product randomly

So far from measurements her bust like is up 3cm from 84 to 87.

Interesting input, but I believe most of us do know the importance of protein haha, not trying to over step here. I've been doing NBE off and on for 5-6 years now. I took breaks in between, the first few years tried many things that didn't work, etc. Now I personally have not tried PM yet, I may in the future. I myself am mainly a pump (I use a Noogleberry) and a BO (bovine ovary) user. With BO we have known it's good to have a high protein diet, I personally use a non-flavored protein isolate by NOW brand, I order it on amazon usually. I put the protein isolate powder in most anything, I even put it in my food for added protein. With BO it's recommended to have at least 80g of protein daily, I get between 80-100g daily while on a BO regimen. On the note of multivitamins, I agree... but from what I've read on most programs here, myself included, we all usually take a multi daily?

I've never heard of up'll D before, so I will look into that. I'm always curious about what else is out there in the market for NBE, not to try typically, just for research purposes and so I can help others with knowledge on it.

Congrats on her growth so far, but you mentioned US type sites and such, are you in the USA? If so I'm curious as to why you are using metric measurements to chart her progress?

edit: okay so I googled up'll D and found this http://magical.trustpass.alibaba.com/pro..._ll_D.html is this what you were talking about? If so hope it works out, but they seem like regular breast forms or pads, I'd have to see them in person though. But if it is a sort of suction thing, I wonder how it works. As a pump user that interests me.

Hi Anastasia,

Wile going out, I used to wear similar forms in latex all night. They create some suction automatically, because they "fart" to the outside. At the end of the night, I always had swelling.

I just bought them in a shop in Amsterdam. Many German sellers offer them, because this company also sells the raw materials, and has tutorials on the web:
http://www.la-gum.de/brustprothesen/uebe...thesen.htm
Other sellers do price them lower.

They are really nice for a night out. They provide enough suction to stay on all night under a T-shirt, even without a bra. I could improve suction some by wearing a lightweight bra top, like the Ahh bra, over them. At one night a week, the suction was good for about three years. After that, the fit deteriorated.

Depending on how well the shape and the nipple are formed, and on what you wear over them, they're always good conversation at the party Big Grin

I live in Australia,

I am just going to get a measurement at the end of every cycle.

They do suck, if you wear them for too long it can cause problems with the skin too. Once she went out all day and didn't take them off. Now she has a slowly healing mark from where it created a skin problem.

I'm not a bodybuilder or anything, but from what I researched my understanding is that whey is naturally high in BCAAs, so I'm wondering if there is a need to take both.

@ jiberish - I'm REAAAAAALLLLLY interested in trying up'll D. Being that your wife can wear it out it sounds much more convenient than Noogleberry, which I honestly don't use as often or as long as I think I should be using it.

Please share with us where she purchased the up'll D. The only place I could find that sold it retail is kenko.com, but they won't ship outside of Japan.

I need this! lol. Trying to find time to use Noogleberry with 4 kids in the house is hell!

Well you can supplement with BCAA's if your getting your protein from other sources. But not every protein powder is high in bcaa's.

As for up'll D. She bought it when we were still in Korea (my wife is korean) and over there it isn't difficult to get it.

I know you can get them on Gmarket.co.kr if you search up'll c

Did your wife increase her PM dosage little by little? If she did, what was her initial dosage? I am interested in PM and am currently considering the Siriporn brand, which consists of 100 mg caps. Does it not depend on the brand (the dosage)? Different Brands have different dosage instructions...

Nope started on 2 on day 1 then 3 since.

100mg is a small dosage. Lots of pills every day.

We just got some cheap one from thailand via ebay. It was only 20 dollars for 300x350mg.

6 Month supply for 20 bucks is good value.

*edit* after more research I found oral arginine to be useless in all matters of growth hormone. It will only raise arginine in blood plasma.

hmm interesting...I will look into that as well. I mean, I want growth, but I am neither willing to invest in substances that may be useless for my goal nor make my body work for no apparent reason. Unless of course I want to work out and want that extra boost to last longer in work outs, but I am not interested in that Big Grin
