Ok.

I'm trying to figure out what exactly is the part of the Wild Yam used for Breast Enhancement.

I've been told that Wild Yam is also known as Camote in Mexico. And according to Internet, they both look exactly the same.

I was wondering if eating camote would have the same results as if I were taking Wild Yam capsules...I hope it does, because is cheaper to buy camote than Wild Yam.

Google says camote = sweet potato. Sweet potatoes, yams and wild yams are 3 different things, although sweet potatoes are often called yams. Google images says wild yams have white flesh, while yam flesh is white or tan. Plus those camotes look the same as the sweet potatoes I love to eat. You can find wild yam root powder in bulk for extremely cheap at various websites like mountainroseherbs.com or shamanshop.com.

The thing is, I'm not from the US or any other country which offer cheap shipping and safe delivery. So I can't risk buying anything from the Internet without having to contact an agency..which, I'm kinda shy to do..

I'm gonna change Camote for Green Papaya, while I search for Wild Yam capsules or powder in natural stores.

Wild yam contains steroidal saponins. Other sources of steroidal saponins include fenugreek (alholva), shatavari, goat's rue and asparagus root (any type).
