I know Wild Yam has been used as a contraceptive method, and that some people (on the internet) suggest not to take it while taking Contraceptive Pills.
The reason? They both contain high amounts of estrogen and can cause one of two things: 1) Body reacts against estrogen, or 2) too much estrogen can affect body development.
All of this is theory, so there is no investigation which can prove it right or wrong.
So,
I was wondering if any of you have tried Wild Yam while in the contraceptive pill (birth control) and if they experiment anything like unwanted pregnancy or something like that.
Please help me. Thanks!
