Everything in it sounds great for my NBE regime and I love what Fish Oil does otherwise too. I just don't know what Borage Oil might be good for in NBE.

I take a few supplements from this company, and I have always had a good experience. I actually take their collagen+c supplement!

I think they sell these at grocery stores, walgreens, etc., as well. So, they are easily accessible! Good find.
