hi ,i need help in taking saw palmetto,should i buy the tincture or tablets.
im taking aguaje at the moment ,and 1 teaspoon of maca ,and want to add saw palmetto.
im 43 years old and a loose 32b,i tend to put weight on my stomach first ,i dont exercise because the first place i lose it on is the boobs,i dont want to try fenugreek because it makes the whole house smell and my kids complain about it, plus we usually make a curry out of fenugreek leaves.i also use the nb,but only get swelling in the cups and then it goes down as soon as i take them of.
so if anyone can tell me which tablets to buy and which is better the tincture or tablets .thx
