I recently purchased this and I have been taking it for about 3 days now. nice to know! about how long did you take it before plateau? and after, did you switch to a different program/different herbs entirely? I'm just pretty new to this whole NBE thing, and I'm trying not to waste any more money on so called "miracle pills". the internet is full of those! lol
