tuberous breast program, suggestions?

#1

Hi there

I'm new here and I've started my NBE journey about a month ago. I'm 5' 3", 105 lbs and 32AA, but I want to be a B cup. Currently I am taking:

1. pueraria mirifica (500 mg X2)
2. saw palmetto
3. inositol

I'm adding:

4. maca powder, 5 grams/day mixed into milk (I read somewhere that it needed to be really high (~15 grams/day) to be effective
5. fenugreek
6. red clover

I'm considering adding bovine ovary because I heard people with tuberous breasts have had success with this but I'm looking for a supplier. I'm also thinking about purchasing a noggleberry. Currently I just massage with ainterol spray and flaxseed oil.

Do you guys think this will lead to estrogen dominance? currently I have really really high testosterone, resulting in acne, excessive body hair, super high libido and probably also underdeveloped breasts. so it's hard for me to imagine having too much estrogen being a problem but what do you think? has anybody here had success treating tuberous breasts and if so what was your program?

edit: also I know I should be cycling maca and PM by taking them during the follicular phase, but does anyone have any additional information on cycling any of the others?

I'm really jealous of all you girls with nicely shaped boobs. I feel like such a freak. Sad

I think my underdeveloped breasts are partially caused by testosterone dominance. as i mentioned i have lots of acne, lots of body hair, a super high sex drive, belly fat. all of these are symptoms but i know i should have gotten a proper hormone test by the doctor.

I'm afraid to noogle because I'm concerned it'll just push more tissue into my nipples and cause more herniation rather than fixing the problem.

I believe that upping estrogen will still not solve the testosterone problem. Please correct me anyone if I'm wrong. You can suffer from both low or high estrogen and testosterone simultaneously. Too much estrogen will give you new problems on top of the high T problems. I would first focus on just lowering your T levels and see how that works.

Hello fawneyed: You need to really determinate what is causing your high T.
Because if you high testosterone levels are caused by PCOS, then Maca and PM can only make it worst.
I'd suggest you to get a hormone test soon.

what is the right dome? I thought people just used silicone covers with tape but is there a dome that prevent nipple stretching?

I thought one of the causes of PCOS was high testosterone, not the other way around. although i could see how having cysts in your ovaries would impair your ability to make hormones. i think in my case it's genetic.

I think noogling would be a good starting point if you have hormonal problem I know for me it shapes them rounder I know mine aren't tubular but a few girls i saw who used it with tubular breasts saw improved shape using the pump see Anastasia s program she had good results with it and bovine ovary for good results
You could also try herbs adding herbs for reducing testosterone like spearmint.
I don't tape my nipples to noogle but if its the areolas you are worried about I had good results with a niplette it made my areola smaller but nipple bigger.

I'm very concerned about areola enlargement because tuberous breasts are caused by a fibrous ring that forms around the areola and constricts growth into the areola. I don't want bigger nipples either. mine are quite large already Sad

for now I'm going to try using a very small suction cup to target the skin under my breast right around my areola. hopefully, I can stimulate circulation that way to break down the collagen without exacerbating my problem. I'm wondering if dermarolling will help because I've used it on my acne scars and it stimulate collagen renewal. I have seen anastasia's posts and I feel her case of tuberous breasts was more mild than mine. I'll update everyone in a few months to report whether it worked. thanks for your help bonitaDDs

in other news I just ordered some bovine ovary and progesterone cream. yayy I hear these are very effective for women with tuberous breasts
