Going to Get My Dream Body

I lost my "baby weight" and I'm back down to my pre-pregnancy weight...but it is not distributed the same at ALL. My stomach is still comparatively huge while my boobs are comparatively tiny Dodgy

Often times what people think to be fat around the waist is really just a loose TVA muscles, ESPECIALLY post pregnancy. It would be a shame if you were trying all these things to spot reduce (which results will take a while, as a fact) when it is not the fat that is the problem. Check this out:

Here's information on the Stomach Vacuum which focuses on this muscle:

So while the squeem was designed to help bring the abdominals back together, so to speak, for women dealing with post-pregnancy tummy (and therefore is something strongly recommended for your case), the whole "need to get rid of belly fat" thing may be a little less of what you need to be focusing on.

This was a timely post, Timarie b/c I was going to start a thread about how to help the mommy tummy problem. I've started stomach vacuuming today so we will see how it goes.

Thanks for the replies!
I had an emergency C-section so they completely cut my abdominal muscles and getting them back to how they were is difficult! I know I have some muscles still loose (i'm 6 months post baby).because when I do a sit-up I still get the upside down v shape. I'll try the stomach vacuum, thanks for the link timarie! I think a lot of it is muscles loose, but I still have a bit of that grabbable fat. I just bought one of those weighted hula hoops as well! Most of my exercise is strength training and very little cardio, and I think I have more fat mass and less muscle mass than I did pre-baby.

The NBE is going good, still getting great swelling off the Rapibust (the herbs might be contributing as well but I think it's a little early to say), about to take a week off to see if any of the swelling stays! The only problem I'm having is my sex drive=dead. Could I be taking too much PM?

Ughh my past four cycles have only been 12-13 days each! So frustrating.

Is that counting from the first day of your period?

Yes it is Summerglow, my periods usually only about three days, and then 9 days after it finishes it starts again! I must be cycling wrong :-(

So I've been on this plan for nearly two months now, and I'm already seeing some change :-)
Right now I have an inch total larger breasts!!! I'll be taking pictures next week (I want to make sure it's not just swelling). My waist has also decreased and inch, although I think I've been looking more bloated lately Dodgy
My arms are also looking a lot more toned...but no change at all on my butt (or lack of one) or legs Sad
On the up side, no sign of yet another impending period...but I'm now taking at least one pm pill per day!

I'm also listening to these 2x daily:

Haven't been on in a while :-( I've been focusing more on dieting than breast growth the last few months, but I am now down to the size I want to be and I was able to maintain my breast size throughout!

Now I'm focusing on GROWTH! I just ordered the Noogleberry, pretty excited!
