Growth AFTER stopping PM???

Hi guys, I've taken Ainterol PM from February to April, about 2-3 months, and this being my "program": first month 1 x 500mg without cycling. 2nd - 3rd month 1000mg for 14 days, then 500mg for remaining days after ovulation. I've had some swelling for the first month, but after that results were not impressive. Then either due to the PM I was taking and/or the mega stress I was getting from school, my period didn't come for 3 months.

So I stopped PM, cus I didn't want to mess up my system further. And I started taking 1 capsule of milk thistle everyday, along with my usual multivitamin and cranberry. I also started some upper body training: push ups, assisted pull ups and assisted dips. Also I am semi-persistant with the massaging; I try to do it everyday. I can say I do it about 5 days a week at least, usually in the shower just with soap.

Curiously, I've had some amazing growth in the month of May, for the past 1 and a half weeks. (I take MSM after my 2 hour work out at the gym only on gym days, and sometimes fish oil) I wasn't even taking PM!! I grew about 1.5". So much so that I was almost busting out of my 32B bra and my mum commented on my growth just today. (first time this happened!!!) I'm on my 3rd day of my period today. I'll start taking PM again after my period ends, and try cycling this time. And see how it goes. I'll take photos too, because I guess its really good documentation of progress.

I'm really glad, but I'm really not sure what attributed to the growth! Is it the PM I took (maybe it stays in the body for some time?), or the upper body exercises I was doing (I have never trained my arms and chest, used to be really really bony), or the massage, or the milk thistle cleanse? Any pros have any advice or insights on this?

I've never had my hormones checked, because in my country, its bloody expensive and you have to go to a gynae or specialist. I spent about $200 just for an yeast infection at the gynae. Sad We don't have OTC progesterone cream either, nor red clover. Pfft.

P.S. my side boobs are so gorgeous now!!!! Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin Round, not pointy!

Other information:

- I don't drink coffee or any other caffeine sourced drinks, except green tea once in a long while.
- No birth control
- Sexually active (condoms!!!)
- Don't smoke, cut down TONS on alcohol. Only drink white wine now, once every two months.
- Recently I did a diet change, to repopulate my gut with good bacteria and hopefully cut on gut flora. Eating less sugar and taking acidophilus bacteria. i.e. mini cleanse of my gut. + milk thistle so it cleanses my liver too.
- Hate soft drinks and candy, sucker for dark chocolate. Snack on plenty of fruits and nuts.
- I work out. Will legit start on weight training soon.

So overall quite healthy lifestyle. I think.

I don't think I ever had any huge growth when I stopped taking PM but some swelling and soreness. I know that the PM does stick around in your body for several weeks- months even after you stop so perhaps that has something to do with it....

Hey! I don't know what it is either, but I've had a similar experience (but the growth wasn't as impressive as yours!)

I was on 1 Ainterol pill a day for about 2 months, then upped it to about 2 pills a day for another 2 months. By then, I'd missed 3 periods so I stopped. But the moment I stopped, my breasts began to swell. I had my period and after it finished, I went back on 1 pill a day and kept the swelling.

So now I just cycle. I don't take pills from the 1st of every month till when my period's finished. Every other day non-period day I take 1 pill. For some reason this works for me.

I've actually lost weight too (109 lbs to 102 lbs). Usually at 102 lbs I'm usually about 32 inches around the bust, but now I'm still 34 inches. So even though I haven't gained breast tissue per se, I think I've kept 2 inches around the bust despite losing weight. I've pretty much lost most of the weight from my legs lol.

I think we shuld just keep doing whatever we're doing. We've found what works, so stick to it =)

Wow. This is super interesting! Have you ladies experienced acne with this method? Or bad periods?

Not trying to rain on your parade, but considering you haven't been on the pm, had no birth control and only using condoms... Could you possibly be pregnant? Have you gained weight as well as boobs?

Negative. I've had my period twice since I posted, and I'm literally struggling to gain weight. Like force feeding myself extra food all the time and only gained like 2 lbs/1kg Sad

The reason I'm trying to gain weight is that I realized that celebrities with gorgeous, naturally big boobs like Katy Perry, Jennifer Lawrence, Scarlett Johansson etc coincidentally have a BMI of 21. If you are under this BMI, maybe gaining clean weight while taking PM may help! Smile

Just food for thought.

Perhaps you could try using a weight gainer or meal replacement shakes. Its like an extra 500-800 calories a day. Its what I used when I got off BC (yasmin) I weighed 88 lbs. That crap literally made me lose weight and stopped my natural hormone production. I started drinking these shakes by a brand called Up Your Mass along with unsweetened almond milk. SO.GOOD. And I got my weight up to 106 in about 4 months, which was about a pound a week! Big Grin

Ooh thanks for your info! But I'm gonna drink protein shake instead cus I'm lifting weights (to gain muscle mass). Smile

By the way, sorry didnt answer your question previously. No, no acne. Never had hormonal acne, thankfully. And it wasn't really a method per se. Its just growth I noticed while I stopped.

I'm back on Ainterol now. 500mg day 7-21. I think 1000mg is too much for me.

As for bad periods: Even now that I'm on 500mg, my period will come about a week after I stop. I tried day 7 till day 14, and my "period" came on about day 19. So it was just very light spotting last month Sad

Now I'm day 1 of my period; stopped PM on 30 June. 2nd cycle now. Reminds me scarily of BC... Sad I'm not sure if day 7-21 on PM will work, since chiyomilk did day 1-14.. any thoughts on this?? Thanks in advances for any inputs/tips.



P.S. I may be moving to France in a few months, anyone knows if we can get progesterone cream over the counter there?

Hey Hey,

The weight gainers are essentially for building muscle. Most body builders use weight gainers instead of just protein. They're high caloric protein with complex carbs and good fats. That's why they're also meal replacements. Once the carbs turn into glucose in the blood you will have energy, most regular protein doesn't have this feature. Word of caution if you ever make the switch, if you take this stuff without working out... it wont be pretty. lolz

Most people use PM day 1-12 then levels will drop and signals ovulation to begin on day 14-15. If your period is starting shortly after that and your not really having at luteal phase, then you seem to be progesterone deficient. Try adding that after you ovulate.

As for the PC in France part... I have no clue. I'm sure you could google it though! Big Grin
