tibetan princess's program

Yippee she's come! I am so late. Todays the 6th and I should have started on the 27 of April!

I'm still a c cup measuring roughly the same around 35" or 34.78" to be exact. my under bust is 26.5" mallow feel to them but slightly fuller on top.

My fullness is mainly on top. If I'm growing its slowly filling in. And still on tops rather than the bottoms.

Cycle *10
Strange. I weigh 106 and not doing extra protein but my hips are either gaining or spreading and I can only think its wy w/ UB. I have yet to experience it with UB formula alone and norm gain in thighs and but only. But now the pants fit ultra tight around the hips. I have never experienced this .
I m. On this raw diet 80% and this along with the UB and its given me such awful cramping. I feel like it may be too much as I'm eating dill.garlic.sagd .cilantro. basils. Loads of flax meal and greens! I may lower my dose or see how it goes. Its usually just the first day. I have 3 day menses anyway. I'm still feeling aches and pains in breasts. So good sign.

Tibetan.. I may be totally off because it seems like there's no "right" way to measure, but aren't you more like a 30D or 30DD? I think the "traditional" way is to add 4 or 5 to underbust to get band.. so yes you are 30/31 band, and then for every inch above it's 1 cup size. If you're 4-5 inches above, that makes you a D-DD cup? Huh

But anyway, your boobs sound amazing.. I'm 26 underbust and I'm hoping to get where you are! Rolleyes

You know what's funny, though you are tech correct, my over bust would prob measure like a full "b cup" since I have broad shoulders. So the actual growth on my chest does not fully fill out to were it looks like a d cup. I look more like an average c cup the way it sits on me. If my shoulders weren't so broad, I would look like a d cup.

The way I measure is to place the tape flat against the fullest part of the bust along all curves. This to me is more accurate though many measure flat around and straight across. I learned when selling shoes over the phone or internet, you always take a foot measurement and shoe measurement following all curves because straight across is inaccurate and the shoes often will not fit the foot.

Now I know when breasts are contained in a bra measure differently because they are squeezed in or up. And usually the number comes out smaller. So I might measure 33 " in a bra but I got more cleavage to the eye.

So measurement wise, sure I could possibly tech be a d cup but my chest has yet to fill out. In other words, I have gapping and they are still pointy and need to round out. They look small on me. Gals with smaller shoulders are lucky. A nice c cup would make them look like how I would with a d or e cupSad

Then my caboose is measuring 36.5 and I am petite. It doesn't help. An e cup would barely make me an hour glass or even top to bottom. Thank you by the way.

I hear you on the broad shoulders. My measurements aught strictly speaking already put me in like a 36B... Number one. The add 4 doesn't work on my frame AT ALL. I NEED to wear a 32 band. Number two, I'm JUST an A cup due to my frame as well.

I have super broad shoulders but taper in very quickly which makes fitting clothes very difficult. Once I figured out the trick for bras I'm OK there now, but tops are still a pain.

I like your personal way of measuring! It sounds a LOT more accurate than the conventional way of measuring across the bust. I wish that was the standard!

@abi
Yep. I hate it somewhat but then I do feel genetically, the way I am filling out albeit slowly, i will have loads of top cleavage at least! The bottoms will always be low volume or low polar (nipple/ areola) as they call it.

I would like my hips to broaden just a tad! I saw your pics! You are stunning as it is! Your transformation is going to be amazing. I can tell. Its so early is right now is all. 7 years and we'll all be there right! Hopefully sooner like four... hoping... hoping...

@timarie

I've always measured this way because of the gapping and fullness needs to be accounted for. Jmo...

Lol! I pumped last night out of boredom. I pumped to a d! Finally. I am able to get swelling up to the next size. This is the first time I had got to see d sized boobs on my chest. I woke up with the same amount of swelling in this am. Its the second day of my cycle. I am going to see how long it will last. Its normally gone by tonight or tomm. Morning. But I will enjoy while I can. Sadly they feel bloated so we all know what that means: deflate is soon to come for the return of the mallow boobsSad

I miss them already. It measured 35.5 with 32 overbust so I am assuming 36.5 with a 33 overbust on a 26.5 underbust is my personal goal for an e cup. Still aways to go...

I always seem to find that the first week of a new cycle seems to be the ideal time to pump. I pumped up to a C on Sunday and actually kept some of it even till this evening! Sunday was my cycle day 7. I have a feeling I'm keeping permanently the gains from that pumping session that aren't gone yet cause I'm already getting squishy boob.

Wowzers! That's amazing! Long swelling! I wish mine would last that long. You may be onto something about when to pump. I am milkkng this first week to make sure j do not lose any potential gains or even swelling. I think its important to have higher than average output around this time to gauge the rest of the cycle!

I can't wait to get to size d. My e bra almost fits when I am this size. I love it on my broad shoulders. Its much more proportionate. I didn't realize even large breasts can still have gaping for cleavage or lack there of. But them contained in a bra? Pow! Big time cleavage!
