Interesting application of Camphor and Menthol for vasodilation. I was originally thinking what is this stuff but after looking it at, it is the same as tiger balm. In which order do you do it? Rub then flax or vice versa?

Newbie here. Hi, Emily!
With your flaxseed oil massage do you leave the oil on after the massage or wash it off? Also, is there a specific type of breast massage that you do? Or do you just massage circles around your breasts and in what direction do you perform the massages? I've read that going clockwise or counter clockwise can produce different results. Thank you!

The main things are methyl salicylate and menthol, and they are very good for circulation yes. I do MR and then Flax seed. MR to increase circulation in the area, then Flax to plump the fat cells in the area. The other should be fine too I guess if you like to try it that way.

I do both actually. I rub on a little Flax before my shower, let it sit and then take my shower wash it off. Then after I dry off I apply some more after I apply the MR. And I do those Japanese breast massages, if you go to the breast massages forum you'll see the thread. It's very good, or you can some up. But those are the ones I'm using.

I tried the process today with tiger balm. But seems that after I used it. The flax didn't absorb as well because of there was already a layer of cream on the breast.
Do you find this to be an issue?
