Can anyone chew on raw soya beans? U mentioned that u take one fifth? Do u drink to consume or chew on beans?

I can't speak on behalf of someone else, but I cook soya beans just like any other vegetable ie. boil or steam for a couple of minutes. I think the point really is that it doesn't make any difference as to how you consume them, because their effect will still be the same.

You can't eat raw soybeans cause they will not be digested. You can't chew them either, they are really hard. I prefered to put them into water over night and fry them in the pan in the morning.

No, I didn't eat any raw bean. I don't think soy is good to eat raw and I didn't try it.
