tibetan princess's program

If this is indeed possibly true, then that would make sense as to why I believed they would not oppose each other or interfere. I feel like they can work in the body together in different ways. Can't wait to see your results! We may have the best of both worlds here. Crossing fingers.

I feel the animal sources work differently in the human body compared to the plant sources. Kinda like the idea of plant proteins and animal proteins, plant fats and animal fats. They work differently in the body.

Exactly!

It's also why it's important to try to get both animal and plant in your diet. And why I think total vegans and severe veggies are just begging for health problems. You NEED certain nutrients that are ONLY gotten through animal sources. Like it or not.

And yeah. Modern supplemental and dietary science is finding more and more that people are built to be omnivores. We literally NEED certain activities which are better encouraged by animal sources and others that are better encouraged by plant sources. If we're only getting half of the mix we're only half as healthy as we could be.

Why shouldn't this be true of hormones as well? In fact, there's already a definite pattern between premarin and human estradiol vs phyto's. We know for certain phyto's play favorites with the beta receptor and that both premarin and human estradiol play favorites with the alpha receptor. I'm simply further extrapolating that what happens twice most likely strikes thrice.

EDIT: You see, when I call my plan synergistic, I'm really not using the term lightly... It's very carefully crafted around my pet theories to provide me with a perfect balance of early pubertal female hormone levels. It is my belief that this is the "golden goose" of feminization and indeed, NBE. Trick the body into thinking it's in early puberty, early FEMALE puberty, and it'll respond like so.

Well I lied! I started my menses now!
So I am now in cycle 20(*2 BO) (*1 Bio Identicals)

I was cramping badly and to my surprise, this is all working for me like clockwork I think I am not accounting for the extra day in the month.

So I am keeping up with it all. Its nice for once, no late periods, no acne, no spotting. I have still sore breasts which would have by now, diminished 70%, but the swelling into luteal came in late like a few days ago so I guess it won't be leaving for another week?

Strange this has not happened before unless its another growth spurt?
Hopeful...

btw, I forgot, my doc put me on dhea 10mg. daily. So maybe this helps too.

DHEAS? That's strange. I'd not expect that to help, it's an androgen. Granted, it's an important androgen for everyone to have, and menopausal women often do supplement it, as do andropausal men... but... Why would YOUR DHEAS be low? You aren't old enough for menopause are you? Huh

BTW: It's not really an androgen in the same sense of the term as the testosterones... it doesn't have any masculinizing effects at all. It's more just a balance hormone.

Abi,

I have low DHEA and all hormones, so he said I can make estrogen and testosterone from it. I think it will help.

I am too young to be menopausal but I have hashimotos. I do not produce adequate amounts of many hormones along with thyroid hormones.

Oh. Ouch... That bloody nasty thyroid!

I'm actually a little worried that something like that could hit me too someday. My mom had hyperthyroid for years, then hypothyroid after they cut away part of her thyroid, then it grew back and she had hyperthyroid again.

Yes, I lost my little feminine waist due to this.
Did she have grave's? That happened to my mom but her tissue never grew back.

I have never been hyper. I hate thyroid disease.

Honestly I don't think they ever said anything about it other than that she has hyperthyroid.

Hey NoSoBusty, Thank you! I am still just a B Cup. It has been a stall for months! Maybe this is it? But then again, I still have pointyness and slight puff to the areolas. So I think I have more to grow if I am persistent. My growth spurt to a B cup was 3 weeks so I know it can happen again.

Having low hormone output is the death of growth! But I am noticing some growth or hoarding of fat on the tops. So this could be the next phase?

Why does it seem like it takes forever to get to cup C!

You look like you are almost there to me! Smile To me, they look like C cups, hey always have, but I totally understand the whole shape thing. I look like an A, but fill most 32C's (not fully, but mostly). Boobs are so weird like that!! Tongue This jump to a full C up is, indeed, a very long one! We'll get there!!
