Wild yam or red clover, suggestions?

Hi, I've been reading a lot of programs and finally decided to go with something simple. Unfortunately due to my very irregular cycle(anywhere between 35 and 45 days)I'd rather not do a routine that requires cycling. Im 40 yrs old, two children, not breastfed and im a 32C. My breasts did grow quite large during my pregnancy, so im hoping i can acheive that again. I'm currently taking fenugreek, saw palmetto and wild yam, all ramped up to 3000mg a day. I'm also drinking one to two cups of fennel tea a day. I recently purchased red clover because it seems to be working for a lot of women, but I'm not sure if I can add it to my routine. Would it be too much? I was thinking of taking out the wild yam because it seems to make me feel really tired and moody since I started it.
I am pleased to say that the girls are much firmer and I'm really excited to see what a few months of herbs and massage will do! I don't think they've grown but I'm patient. Any advice would be wonderful!

I don't know too much about wild yam, so bear with me.

I like red clover personally, however, adding it recently has caused me to become estrogen dominant. So be careful of that. It is a VERY strong phytoestrogen. Also, I've read that wild yam may lose a lot of it's hormonal benefits when it gets digested by the body, and works much better when absorbed by the body. So maybe you can get rid of the wild yam pills, start taking red clover and start using a wild yam cream or progesterone cream. With your age and irregular cycle as well as being moody and tired, you may be becoming slightly estrogen dominant with your current NBE. If that's the case, progesterone or wild yam cream might help balance things out. Although if you're already noticing results, it's hard to say for sure. Again, I don't know much about wild yam, so I wish I could give some more solid advice. :/ I hope you can see some good growth, though!

Hi Doll, thanks for the tip. Do you think I can empty out the wild yam capsules in some olive oil or cream and massage that on my breasts? I will look into getting pc cream. I do have a lot of progesterone deficiency symptoms. Can I use pc cream throughout my cycle? I have no idea when my luteal phase starts. I know only when I'm bloating and I have breast tenderness. Oh, and I get very irritated at everything and everybody! Lol!

Yeah, I sometimes massage with my fenugreek capsules. It's a little grainy, but it does help. I don't know anything about how cycles work or anything either (I like my programs to be simple lol). I just take it halfway through the month everyday and stop on the first day of my "visitor". Mine always comes at the same time each month, though, so I'm not sure how you might do it for such a long cycle. If you're premenopausal, they suggest only using it 14 days, so maybe use it as if you're on a regular cycle, and maybe it'll help regulate you? Irregular periods really make NBE hard, so I'm not really too sure! ^^;
