Its always very unsafe to take the word of somebody who is reporting what she thinks somebody else may have said!

Also, the first two times I've tried to contact them through the form in the website, I got no reply. ):
Well, I'm in the UK, so shipping isn't a problem but my last lot arrived 2 days after I placed the order.
The only time I contacted them, via the website, I got a helpful answer the next day, as I recall.

I'm not sure what more you want... I have a bottle in front of me which says "1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule before bedtime". It then goes on to warn against taking it if you are pregnant, have tumours, etc.

I mean, they didn't try to convince me it's a reliable brand or whatsoever. I know it's better than a negative response or no response at all, but I'd expected some defense.
Again, you are unhappy with it and they've said you can send it back, without arguing. I don't see whats to complain about there.

Well, I took Ainterol for over a year. I started to grow after about 3 months and that worked well for about 8 months and then I just stopped growing.
I then switched to an ordinary herb routine for a month or so but that disagreed with me so I switched to PM UK, on the basis that a change may be as good as a rest.
Nothing changed for the first 5 months or so, but in the last couple of weeks I'm cautiously optimistic that I'm seeing/feeling some new development - fingers crossed!
I normally take 2 caps morning and 2 in the evening, but recently I've been taking 2 more mid-afternoon as well, so just possibly that has kick-started the process back in to life!
