My wife took it while menstruating the first month and felt sick and uncomfortable. The next month she started after and there was never a problem. Did it continue to have negative sides after menstration?

Well yesterday was officially my last day of menstruation but I switched to Ainterol that day.
My dizziness and nausea was far less.. I can't tell if that is from my menstruation being over or simply from switching brands. Next month will tell! I'm still afraid of taking Ainterol on my period because 500mg seems like a lot for it.

-first off, you should be above 20 years old to take it.
-the right dosage is 1-2grams per kilo(of your weight)
-you shouldn't be taking it if you're on your menstrual period!!!
-don't take it with an empty stomach, take it along with fat-rich foods
-you should increase your water intake (very important!)
i'm taking fenugreek though..but still with these types of supplements, the above mentioned cautions should be considered..
