I got the Emerita progesterone cream, as it's supposed to be one of the best on the market -I did some reseach on the forum, as I was curious as you and did not know which one to get. I cannot give you my feedback yet, as I've been using it for only some days...Don't like the smell, but so far so good. By the way, this PC is paraben free.

I know there's another one with a Japanese name which is said to be great too!

Hi Sara,

You have to use it in your lutheal phase (from day 14-15 to day 28-30, depending on your cycle).
