I've been looking at peoples' programs and all of them start to gain size after using the noogleberry but not having much success before that. I'm living with a roommate and definitely do NOT want her to see me "noogling" LOL, especially seeing she already had big boobs

Welcome to the site, envy. You might consider something called Brava. It's also a pump device (although why these are called pump when they work on suction I'll never know). I have no personal experience with Brava, but the following is what I've learned reading here:
Upside:
...You wear it for 10 or more hours a day or very gentle suction, so over night is possible.
Downside:
...Very expensive - $900 plus.
...Very fragile - cups wear out or break in 10 or so weeks with replacements costing $300.
...I would say it's marginally effective. People here talk about maybe 1/2 cup after 10 or 20 weeks.
...Sneaky company - if you want replacement parts or additional cups, you must have made the original purchase directly from the company. You cannot buy used from someone else.
I love my Noogleberry, but I don't have roommate issues.
I just had a weird thought... it is possible to noogle while taking a bubble bath?
Please keep us informed of what you decide and how things work out.
BTW, maybe you could put a brown paper supermarket bag over your roommate's head so she can't look while you noogle.
