I guess I'm one of the stupider people on this site. I can never seem to visualize how a breast massage is done from a written description. The only time I think I've done one right is when I saw a video on Youtube.

Let's see. I put my hand over my breast, fingers toward the cleavage wrist toward my side. Then I move the fingers downward and the wrist upward? Or is it the other way, moving the fingers upward and the wrist downward?

Now in order to do the 360 degrees, I simply detach my hand from my arm, right?

Im finding flaxseed oil and the contoured noogleberry cups to be giving me great swelling - I've only been doing it for a week but the first time I used those cups the swelling was sensational
