Hi.
I'm new here.I was wondering if someone can tell me what exercises or some daily routine I should do to get bigger and firmer breasts. I ordered cream, soap and liquid from Natureday.
So how should I use that , I'm 18 years old.

Push ups are a good exercise to help lift the breast and make them appear larger...i would do as many as u can at a time then rest for a few minutes then do as many as u can again...every other day...some people do some every night, but if ur body isn't use to it i would do it every other night...

There was an earlier post about pushups and how they should be modified slightly for breast growth or support or whatever it is that they achieve. In a normal pushup, the hands are placed in the floor even with the shoulder. For our purposes, this post said that they should be placed lower down the body, more even with the breasts. Guess that works a slightly different section of the chest muscle.

pushups work more of your arms and shoulders than your chest. i started doing push ups a year ago and am was able to move up from modified knee pushups to regular pushups. all the while, my arms and shoulders would always get sore and i barely felt anything from my chest.
a better workout for chest is dumbell flys. i get soreness on my chest everytime.
