Thank you for a great forum - I've been using countless hours reading through so much great information here.
But everyone has some questions they can't find the answer to right?..
So here goes...
I use barley grass powder and a blend of crushed flaxseed and goji berries as a nbe supplement in my protein shake (herbalife) - am waiting for msm, maca and spirulina. I blend all these together with milk, this way I get both my "meal" and my herbal supplements. Other than that I take 1000mg of Pueraria Mirifica, unfortunately I can never seem to take these pills at a certain time every day. And then I massage my breasts with Aumenti breast enh. cream, I noogle and rub them around pretty much.
What are your takes on taking all this powder supplements in a shake ? I'm not even very consisent on how much I take, but about 800-1000mg (one small, flat tbs, right?) of Barley grass and 2,5 tbs of this flaxseed-blend. I figure I will also take 800-1000mg of the msm, maca and spirulina also. I also drink collagen and, when I manage, aloe vera.
How do the rest of you get all of these supplements in you ?
Do you have like "recipes" or do you just sprinkle it on your dinner, your yoghurt etc etc - this I havent managed to find on this forum... If I'm just a bad browser, I am sorry - but please redirect me to the right place if it is on here. I'm getting really sick and tired of shakes but besides teas I have now idea how to take the supplements ??
Also, I am on birth control pills, and don't really bother to have my periods often - usually just jump past the placebo and start a new pack. Do anyone of you have any experience with this, cause if all the nbe'ing is a waste of time because I cant be bothered to have my period that would be good to know in advance
