i'm been lurking for a while and reading alot of threads so i have some kinda idea what i'm talking about. i need some help building my regimen.
My breasts are big but since i've lost some weight (about 35lb)my breasts have lost a little volume
it doesn't look bad but i'd love to have full, perkier breast and since i'm fairly young it bothers me a little.

i have some more weight i want to lose...about 35lb. i don't mind having smaller boobs as long as its full and perky so i know i need more boob growth.
From what i've read, i don't think i have a estrogen or progesterone deficiency or dominance but i do have excess androgens and i think that because i'm very hairy and i'm prone to menstrual acne breakouts
i'm thinking of taking fenugreek, fennel and spearmint
i also want to use royal jelly supplements as it contains alot of different nutrients and i think increases your estrogen level, which should be helpful as i think you need an increase in estrogen for boob growth.
Derma-rolling on my breasts sounds like it might be promising with making the skin tighter and decreasing stretch marks on it. i would take MSM for firmer skin but i've done that before but it made my periods really heavy and made me grow more hair in places i didn't want
its a shame because my stretch marks were fading and my boobs felt firmer when i was taking it from just 1 month use. i think a topical application with an MSM mixture will suits my needs better. i might fair better taking a collagen i & ii powder. my body seems to change very fast when taking stuff to help with my skin. i just hope i don't get heavy periods taking this as i did with MSM. my periods are usually light and i don't know how to cope with anything heavier.
I think i'll do the Chi massage as well for growth and shaping my breast.
i currently take vitamin c and calcium supplements already but not for breast growth, its just part of my general health routine.
