I was curious if any of this is sold in stores as I do not have a c.c. to purchase online? So.... if I was to take this... must I drop all the other stuff I have been doing? Hops, Fenugreek, Natural Curves, Vitamin K, and Collagen? I would like to get the PM cream

Don't bother: the PM content in Solgar is negligible
Ainterol miroestrol content is 40 mg / 100 g:

Per capsule of 500 mg, that is 40 * .500 / 100 = .200 mg = 200 mcg.
Solgar PM Phytogen Complex contains a standardized extract, which is concentrated to 16 mcg of miroestrol and 16 mcg of isoflavones per tablet:
