What does everyone think about this? Do you think it works or is it not a component for NBE?

I don't know why this would help at all since matcha is just powdered green tea. I've never seen anyone using green tea for NBE and I don't know of any effects it would have to help. If you were looking for herbal teas to drink for NBE, I hear fennel tea is good.
