I am taking Goat's Rue with PM since first of all I read somewhere on the old forum that a woman had better breast growth when combining PM with Goat's Rue. If only I could find that post now, I wish I had saved it!
Secondly PM can't be combined with any other phytoestrogens, but I feel like I want to take something more to enhance, speed up growth so why not take Goat's Rue which doesn't interfere with the actions of PM. As this website says, "Goat’s rue is one of the most potent herbs to stimulate the development of mammary tissue." http://motherloveblog.com/2011/05/16/using-goats-rue-to-increase-your-milk-supply/
I am also going to add Saw Palmetto, because I have symptoms of androgen excess and have all through puberty. SP doesn't interfere with PM as well.

I have insufficient glandular tissue, I had a hard time producing enough milk because of that. I am on BO now, Does anyone know if I can combine GR and BO??
I really would like to develop more glandular tissue so I can produce more milk for my next baby.

Sorry, I forgot to add that St.Herb's instructions to resume taking PM pills after 15 day no matter if you had your period or not is just plain stupid and goes against woman's biology. If you decide to cycle then do it as Siriporn says: take for 15 days starting day 1 of your cycle , then take a break and resume on the first day of your period.

- thanks. Does anybody know what the safe maximum dose of PM per day is. As far as i can tell, it's 1000 mg, since i'ts only to be taken for half the month, i want to make sure i'm getting the max dose....

From what I been reading looks like it is more GR that works then anything.. I also read it is in the same family as FG? I may try this GR..

I read in an article somewhere that increasing prolactin is not helpful for NBE? Don't quote me on that
I think the article was disputing the longevity of increased prolactin production and also suggesting increased health risks...
I'll try and find it.
