		It depends on the diet and exercise.  If you eat a lot of dark leafy greens and do workouts with resistance, such as with weights, it will be better than walking or running.  Drink fennel infusion, take a multivitamin with a potent B complex while taking fenugreek and you should be OK.

		Those are excellent proteins for NBE.  Have you started yet?  Do you feel growing pains?
