		No sure if I posted this in the right area.  Is it good to add lecithin to the regimen.. if so reasons why and how much.  Is it actually from soy.  I feel taking to many soy things isnt good... just my opinion..

		I just remembered that it isnt the soy I am thinking...but I do think it help with adding it.  I will look it up and see what benefits it has..
