I've found if i pump straight after a shower, my results are better. I wondered if anyone else had noticed that.
i also have an electronic massager that works a treat.

Well if it was a hot shower the heat may have been a benefit.

Yeah, I’ve noticed the same thing! I think the warm water really helps increase blood flow, so pumping right after a shower just feels more effective. That massager sounds interesting too—might have to give that a try!
