Agnus Castus
#1

does anyone here have experience with taking Agnus Castus, and mixing it with other herbs for breast growth? (shatavari, fenugreek, something else)
agnus castus helps with PMS symptoms, to my knowledge it reduces prolactin and balances estrogen and progesterone.
I wonder if reducing prolactin may actually reduce the size of breast, and if mixing it with herbs that increase prolactin can cancel the effect of it or cause problems?

thank you

I don't think agnus castus always reduces prolactin. I've always understood that it helps to reduce prolactin only in cases where there is excess prolactin, and if this is correct it wouldn't be likely to reduce the size of the breasts.

Agnus Castus helps to reduce prolactin levels, which might help ease the symptoms of PMS. However, it's not the best choice if you're looking for breast growth, as prolactin actually supports the development of breast tissue. Combining it with herbs that increase prolactin, like fenugreek or shatavari, could cancel out its benefits. So, it's generally a good idea to stick with herbs that have similar effects.
