Hello there,
I've been a member here for many years, I was very active at the beginning but slowly gave up on my journey. Recently I have had a regular doctor checkup, I needed to take my shirt off and the nurses's surprised obvious reaction to my tuberous breasts really got me down. I made a minute decision and I did a research online. I realized that in my country now there finally are surgeons experienced with tuberous breasts and the fat grafting surgery dropped in costs significantly, which was different those years ago.
I chose the best doc and went for a consultation. He agreed that my deformity is very mild (symmetrical, small, nipples ok, no herniation) and that I have extra fat on belly and arms for harvesting (I have androgenic figure so the lipo will be another thing to help me with my self-esteem). He said that I need no knife-cutting and that he would only take the fat using needles and inject the fat into my breasts, using the needle for releasing the constricted tissue a bit. I would go a second round 4 months after the first surgery. The prices are now agreeable so I can afford it with my savings. I really got excited so much that I immediately booked a term and it's in few weeks.
I wanted to ask you - I am trying now to get as much info as possible about this surgery, outcomes and everything. But this place was always the best for harvesting information and I've been logged out for too long. Can you maybe tell me about all the news from the world of this surgery? Is there some evolution? Somebody had it here? I was really surprised that they can release now the constriction using only the needle, no cutting needed. The doc told me that in my case the healing will be super fast and I'll have no marks post-op on my body. I'm really excited. Also getting scared :-D
I know not to expect getting some huge sizes, I'm no implant girl. I want some natural look and more confidence getting naked. I'm also happy the constriction would get released. Anybody here having some pics? Can I support the transition in any way?

I also heard there is some certified creme that should enlarge the fat cells or multiple them but I can't find anything and it really sounds like a scam. Anybody knows of this?

The news regarding this technique for fixing tuberous breasts is that yes it's very real and starting to become widely recognised, but on the other hand it only works where the tuberous problem is truly mild. Other cases still need the traditional surgical correction which involves a scalpel incision.
The thing to bear in mind is that these fat injections can be unpredictable to say the least and a fair amount of the injected fat can be reabsorbed, so you can't be that sure of exactly what the outcome will be. But I can't think of any reason not to try it, as it could turn out to be a big success

Thank you very much for your reply, I'm also happy that the community sees this as a good step and there are no major new downsides. I am now going through anthing I can find online to prepare mysef as everything is really kinda last minute. I saw many videos of the procedure itself and I try to learn some tips. I know the result is in question, the surgeon warned me too but I am really willing to give it a try, especially as I will kill two birds with one stone - I have insuline resistnace and most of my fat gets situated in the upper part of my body. I really hate this and even though I am on my limit of weight and can't really push to get more weightloss, I still have that stupid belly, wider arms... So this surgery will help me to re-sculpt my body into something I am genetically not made for. To have a defined waist is another dream coming true. To at least loosen the constricted tissue and maybe start re-filling my breasts is another dream. And I even have a discount for paying on place and I will have more discounts for repetitions so hopefully I'll be able to get at least a little volume up, correction of restriction and resculpting my body.
I need to prepare some plan for eating so that I feed the fat and save as much as possible. No sports, difficult activities. I don't know what else
