Can anyone help me understand those values:

TSH 1.6
I am paranoid because chatGPT said my pictures show Tanner stage 3 or possibly early 4 so that means I did not reach Tanner 5 and I am in my 30s

Hello Vixy
You need to say what phase of your cycle these values were taken in, as that makes a big difference. Or even better specify the specific day of your cycle when the test was done.

TSH of 1.6 is well within the normal range for adults, so this would be a good result.

My cycles are irregular sometimes and period is very light (lasts only 2-3days with very little blood), when it is not late it is 28days cycle.
This test was done 23 days before first day of period which would place it in follicular phase. Like day 5 of cycle. But I also remember having my period before this test more than 5 days earlier (just don’t know when).
I also had a couple of cycles of 14days apart this year for 2-3 cycles. 2 other cycles were 25 and 26 apart but it also happened I had 35 or bit more days apart too. Last 2 periods are 28days apart. With very light blood flowing and short (max 3-4days).
Actually this is the correct value (see attached pic)
LH 15.5
FSH 9.2
Test 1.2

ChatGPT reckons:
In your case
“Since your periods have been short and very light, and cycles irregular, it’s very consistent with a low or erratic estrogen pattern — especially when combined with your history of neurological B12 deficiency and hypothalamic-pituitary disruption.”
I also had extreme hair thinning over the years of this B12 deficiency, super light periods and extremely short, and irregular, low mood low libido and loss of appetite for few years now.

My impression is the same. I don't think the hormones you mentioned above are your issue. I see estrogen as your problem.

Thank you for answering,
Yes I had all the signs of low/disrupted estrogen.
After 3-4 weeks on the b12 injections my skin on face starting to feel more moisturised and even lips look slightly plumper. Idk how to describe it but I think some hormonal patterns is slowly re awakening, next time I will test oestradiol then.
I am starting to see slow changes in my libido too.
I also had progesterone receptivity signs that I did not have for years since taking the injections:
Light swelling and slight pain to touch on breasts in late luteal phase for 3-5 days.
Apparently if estrogen rises to healthy level I will have more gynoid body fat distribution like more developped hips and buttocks and potential for breast tissue filling and rounding.
