Tubular breasts and lactation

#1

Hi all I’m new here. And what a minefield of information!!  So about me I’ve always hated my boobs but o have been on a self induced lactation journey but can not get more than a shot glass

Apon joining here I realise I infact may have undeveloped and tubular breasts. They are a 38h when lifted but when not I have no underboob it goes straight to stomach, all my tissue is in my armpit area rather than on front of I lie on my back I’m flat chested, but if I lean forward they are long and massive. But standing there is nothing on yhe top just a few inches sagging on the bottom and my nipples are very low close to my stomach

Can this be fixed ? Can I infact enlarge them and get a proper boob shap and infact make more milk ?  Any good stories or a place to start / program would be help full I have adhd so reading all this is getting me confused.

Please help and point me in the right direction

I think the main question is whether this could be a tubular or an underdeveloped breast issue.

The description you've given highlights several traits that are often associated with tubular breasts:
  •  Narrow base and elongated shape: Tubular breasts often have a limited base diameter, leading to a long, narrow appearance when   leaning forward.
  •  Low nipple placement: Nipples positioned very low on the breast mound are a key sign.
  •  Tissue concentrated toward the sides/armpit: This may suggest insufficient glandular development in the central front area.
  •  Lack of upper pole volume: Very little fullness at the top with sagging tissue below is common in underdeveloped breasts.
  •  Flat appearance when lying down: Could indicate less volume or lax supporting tissue.
So I would say yes, this could suggest a combination of tubular and underdeveloped characteristics.
