I will post my progress here. I actively work in Nevada. I'm on my second month of three recommended by EB right now, with a significant gain persisting after one month on and five days off to let prickly heat rash heal (probable cause was improperly washed/rinsed laundry done by my family in Japan years ago, plus rock climbing). I'm doing a Hybrid program with external vacuum expansion (EVE), fenugreek + volufiline topical, and Bovine Mammary oral + birth control (Portia). I have silicone implants to correct battle trauma, but not in my cis-female breasts or ass.

That's my before-application size, so I'm maintaining 2 cup sizes of additional meaty goodness. Dome 3 right now. 

Evebra is totally worth the time and investment even if I quit right now. 

I'm going for at least 12 weeks.

My rash resolved with time off and Monistat topical. It's hot now and I sweat here so I would describe it as prickly-heat.

Here's photo. I wear my domes at night sleeping on my back 8 hrs when I'm at work 2 weeks a month and for 12 hours at home the other 2 weeks. I have USB rechargeable lithium batteries in my EVE pump. I rigged up a QC LeLuv hand pump in case the electric pump fails but haven't needed it. I press into the domes face down on the edge of my bed and don't use the bra itself at all. The QC at the pump lets me disconnect it without losing vacuum. The aquarium airlock stops backflow through the pump (leakage) so the pump doesn't run so much all the time. The shut-off clamps let me even out my breasts by varying pumping time. The flow bend clips prevent the tubing from kinking. The knit talleys help me keep track of pumping cycles on each breast. I very rarely wear a tight zip front spandex jacket, only if I need to make sure the domes won't fall if I lose vacuum seal like going to town. Around the house I just let vacuum hold them on with no extra support. I'm an EMT so that's how I knew about 1/8" QC breaks, 1/4" bend clips and 1/4" shut-off clamps. I didn't need extra tubing. I cut the provided 1/8" ID tubing with sharp sterile scissors and inserted my mods. 1/8" ID tubing is ~1/4" OD. The LeLuv pump is 1/4" ID and needed adapters to interface with the pump QC. The EVEbra pump is really gentle suction it won't even register on the LeLuv gauge so if I ever use the manual pump I will only pump until the gauge just starts to move. I'm on session 55 of 90 right now. Getting lots of solid growth that persists, and yes that itches so I use OTC lidocaine cream at the contact rings after pumping sometimes.

I fog up the domes with sweat. It's hot here in the desert day and night right now. So I got an AirLife® Oxygen Tubing in-line Water Trap and reusable silica gel canisters to go in it, but I haven't needed those at all yet. If it was winter snow there would be more condensation at the pump maybe. I bought a spare pump cassette just in case but haven't needed it yet. If I go past 12 weeks into dome 5 & 6 it will be Fall and it gets quite chilly at night here then. I will post before and after bust shots after 12 weeks.

The silicone bands that hold the domes in the rim skirts do break now and then. 

I bought extras. 

And I carry my whole outfit in a little hardshell zipper case.

I studied this forum extensively after a Brothel gIRLfriend tipped me off about NBE because I was going to get fat transfer or gummy bears to up my income before I retire. Guys want big boobs in my business with rare exceptions. When I learned Dr. Roger Khouri invented all this for fat transfer prep I read all his scientific journal papers and the Korean papers. I ordered my Evebra on a Spring discount and started using it stock out of the box, then I added mods one at a time that Forum posters had done. Plus quick-connects; they make moving around and changing things easier. 

I've almost outgrown Dome 3 now. 

My shape is perfect now and my nipples/areolas too. 

I'm retaining solid meat growth not just swelling/deflating. 

I wish I knew about this when I was 18 because I would have retired years ago !! 

Will probably (definitely) buy dome 5 & 6.

I'm friends with Crystal Hefner. She told me not to get implants, she got sick from hers.
