I really need help

For girls that got results with bovine ovary, how many times a day did you take it?
I read somewhere it’s better to take the full dose once a day vs spreading the doses out through out the day

When you say you read it somewhere, where was somewhere exactly? Knowing that would make a big difference to deciding how credible the advice was.

I don't personally know of any reason why taking the full dose once a day would be an advantage. It's not typical advice for nutritional supplements.

Taking the full dose once a day is contrary to what I've seen recommended by suppliers of bovine ovary and other glandular supplements.

I just read a thread on here that mentions that;  Bubbies thread detailing her Bovine Ovary regimen. She used to take her 4 pills (1000mg) spread throughout the day but due to being busy she took all the pills together, right before bed. She mentions she believes it to be more effective that way for her as she felt a difference next morning. Then a user (RaineMail) said she read in several places that you can exhaust the Estrogen receptors if taken throughout the day so it’s better to take them all at once.

Sorry if I’m super late to this & that I can’t back this up with sources other than this but I just wanted to relay what I just read on here

I think it's really important to understand how your body reacts to supplements like bovine ovary. From what I’ve read, most people seem to split the dose to maintain hormone balance throughout the day. Taking it all at once might be easier, but I'm not sure it's more effective. Everyone’s body is different, so personal experience and proper research matter a lot.
