That fenugreek is definitely no good anymore as it would be very out of date so buy some more, alternatively you can buy 1000mg fenugreek on iherb it's a very common dosage, if you choose to stay with the 500mg version it just means you empty in double the amount of capsules into the oil infusion.
No you don't mix creams with the oil at all, try wild yam first as it works for many it's in my own massage oil too.
You need to keep at a good program for atleast 3 months every day in order to see any change so don't give up too quickly.

My amber glass dropper bottle is 100ml, if you choose a bigger size you could still do the same amounts of herbs for the infusion but personally I would do more as my version is for a 100ml of oil. Iherb is always suuuuper quick for me, have you tried paying for express shipping??
You won't notice any growth/difference until you get your full program in order because you need the hormones as your results had shown so don't worry right now just wait until everything is done, and the oil infusion is finished   also thank you! I'm absolutely loving the new house it's a breath of fresh air it's been lovely waking up every morning here and somehow has really helped my mental health so far   hope you have been well!

Hi darling!!! Sorry for the late reply, i have had a lot of things to fix? Ohhh but I’m so happy for you with your new house and that its helping your mental health, congratulations ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I ordered that exact one fenugreek so I will double the dose, now I’m waiting for it to arrive so i can finally make my oil? I meant double the amount of capsules used for the oil infusion in my thread if you are using a larger bottle than I use not to take double the dose internally, with internally I meant to use a fenugreek brand with a high percentage of saponins.
Remember you need to start your full program with all things in place in order to truly get the benefits and it can take months to notice any progress(or much sooner depending on the individual) so never lose hope!

Anyways, i ordered the 100 ml just like you❤️ and i will try my best to not lose hope, im still doing the massage and i try pumping as well with a vacuumpump from amazon that actually seems good but my breast doesnt swell or i put too much pressure and they turn purple :—-) i was a little bit desperate when i ordered it hehe

I'm sorry but why on Earth would you think a testosterone booster would help hormonal balance for women/women identifying individuals? It would if anything cause hormonal imbalance, halt breast growth and cause loss of periods etc etc
