Hey Bobbi MISSED YOU!   I'm sorry to disappoint you but I actually ended up breaking up with him, it slowly but surely became very complicated and in the end he couldn't give me what I want and need out of a relationship/he wasn't truly ready(I know right, why bother getting involved with me if you aren't ready for long term) I'm a relationship girl through and through, I very much believe in true love and monogamy and am a big believer in only sleeping with someone if I'm actively dating them, always have been this way, but being that way in today's dating scene can be grim lol 
Anyways I'm talking to some other guys ATM but I'm also focusing more on my own happiness, a partner should add to that not take away from it.
On the note of NBE as I've stated before I've always had big areolas/nipples in relation to my boob size, but lately my areolas have BLOWN UP, as anyone who's followed my threads will know I never post bare chest photos, but I figured if I ever get uncomfortable with it being up I can simply ask Eve to take them down and plus many of the women before me on here have posted them so I feel I owe them that, and I really felt this picture does what I'm talking about justice. I'm fine with them getting bigger as my breasts grow bigger as it's somewhat proportionate. Anyways pic attached below from today. Oh and I've grown a tiny bit more on the measuring tape as of today.

Edit: I forgot to say I will be adding in possibly tomorrow Vitamin C(after reading a study stating that women who had higher C levels had higher progesterone levels) and also a good iron tablets course as I'm alil low again.

Oh I almost forgot! I've also started doing a shot of extra virgin olive oil(single country origin ie Australia) once when I take my first progesterone in the morning and once when I take all my herbs/supplements at night, it's approximately 3 tablespoons per shot. I'm doing this after reading it as another suggestion of Lotus, so far no stomach aches unlike with the coconut oil(those stomach aches were SEVERE), secondly I've gotta say for whatever reason my cravings have been insane for the past few months, I'm eating all sorts of things, gherkins, cold marinated tofu, camembert cheese with crackers, lots of spicy foods etc I know my estrogen was very high last time I got my pellets, which is ironically low for me as that was when I was due for my bio estrogen pellets implants(the level was 1311 pmol/L or 357 pg/ml) so I'm assuming this is why, but the cravings are very constant and I am a tiny bit worried about getting fatter even though my body proportions are ok at this time I would like less fat on my tummy. I've also attached another pic below, this is the 12/34G version of the bra which is the sister size/equivalent to my actual size 10/32GG so obviously the band is abit too big on me but the cup volume is the same and I tried this on just before and I am packed FULL plus bulging out on my left boob(not shown in pic but visible side on)

So I just wanna add that I've ceased taking 2x shots of EVOO every day and rather just doing one now as I know it can be quite fattening all over for some people. I have noticed my underbust has very slightly gone up by nearly half an inch so 32 1/2 inches underbust which worried me alil but hasn't affected my bands on my current 30 and 32 inch under bands, I just don't want to gain too much weight elsewhere outside of boobs and so on because I do feel like when someone is big all over it definitely takes away from the boob aspect visually. Also you may notice I got Eve to remove all my face pics of me, I did this because I now have posted a bare boob shot and with many males frequenting the sites I just didn't feel comfortable having that connection there(you just never know on the internet) 
So far my breasts are slowly filling out even more, they are looking more projected too! Still taking all my supps and herbs as this has been what's worked for me consistently. I am looking forward to resuming massage with my DIY herbal EO oil when the time comes to take my acrylics off/during the next "cycle" I will still be doing the two topicals after I massage aswell.

Measuring alil over 1/4 inch more today! So now 42 1/4 inches at bust.   I ramped up the D3 topical by now putting 1x 5000iu capsule per areola/nipple, I let this sit for a few minutes and then massage in. I'm so keen to get back to massaging as this is one of the key factors that has made me have so much growth over the years. I also just got my 2nd of 3 B12 shots yesterday and am on iron tablets from Swisse brand, so I'm feeling far less fatigued. Still doing all my program as usual. When I visited my GP for my B12 shot I actually brought up about everything I've learnt over the years whether from my own research or others research and my knowledge on herbal medicine(I'm always reading herbal studies not specifically NBE related), also how through all that I have gone from a 32 D/DD to a 32 GG over the years doing NBE, he was very intrigued which is one thing I love about him he's a very intelligent doctor who's always wanting to learn more, especially as I'm his first trans patient. I'll check back in with any possible updates another time   happy growing everyone
PS: I switched my D3 capsules to ones that are strictly suspended in evoo as Lotus prefers this, personally so far havnt noticed any difference between the other ones and these ones besides maybe that I got more aches with the other I honestly dont know why.

Update! Welp I've officially outgrown one of my 10/32GG bras, this is the Curvy Kate Victory Balcony Bra it's a mesh bra, the gore is completely lifted off the centre of the chest with my breast tissue squished underneath it(especially my fuller bust) the bra is sooo tight now   Ive also had some pains and aches these past couple days/nights, no change to underbust(still working on losing that half an inch I've gained on my underbust)
Been doing everything as I've stated for my program all supps/herbs, with topicals (no massage just yet) and the dong quai red date teas now and then at night which cause my areolas to swell alot(plus the daily dong quai extract I take)
Ahhh I can't believe it, always remember to check BOTH tape measure AND bra fitting because one is always telling the truth more than the other!

The only extra thing I've been doing is obviously the iron tablets from Swisse which also contain alil spirulina(not sure why?) as I was low.
I feel like I've been doing NBE for sooo many years now having grown from a D/DD to a GG and now outgrowing one of those GG bras, it's all trial and error and what has worked for me very well may not work for you or may contradict what others research states but you just have to remember that your body is individual something might work very well for you that won't work for others. Anyways I hope everyone has a happy weekend looking forward to a glass of Prosecco lol

So as of last night I'm back to my daily 15-20 min massage with my herbal EO infused massage oil I make, the topicals will still be a thing after/later after massage oil has absorbed fully. So I will be back to doing my massage and then doing 5 drops RC tincture per areola/nipple and 5 drops over each breast so 20 drops all up, then the 1x 5000iu vitamin D3 capsule per areola/nipple. I have managed to keep the gains I've had of recent plus lose that annoying half an inch increase in my underbust so I'm back to 32 inches underbust as in pic attached yay! Excuse the cold nips/areolas lol

I just realised I made an error in previous post, I meant I am using ONE 1x 5000iu vitamin D3 capsule spread across both areolas/nipples now as before was far too much. So yes my whole program is the same as always just with 2 of Lotus topicals, so mostly my own program, I don't see the point in changing what has been working for me and what has made me grow so far, and herbs/massage has been the one constant in my programs over the years making me grow from a 32DD to a 32GG(now 32H in some bras)
I also am only applying RC tincture 5 drops on areolas and 5 drops on breast ONCE after my oil from massage has absorbed fully so 10 drops on each breast 20 drops all up altogether. This oil I make has sooo many benefits from hormone balancing to estrogenic properties to circulation boosting and even already possibly DHEA properties from the wild yam (the science is very iffy on that one as some say the properties in wild yam cannot be converted naturally by the body but still has an estrogen like effect)
Anyways I will keep y'all updated of any progress but I plan to not post as much lately as I am in the process of selling and moving.

Not an update obviously, but I wanted to touch on something important. As Ive said before no matter what the science/research states sometimes  something that doesn't work for others may work for you and vice versa, I am clear proof of this. I will say that I do feel a little alone in this NBE journey because the female side of the forum has been so silent for so long and because I really don't have any relation to anyone on the other side with my body in particular being post op many years and having transitioned as a lil kid so my whole body works differently to say that of someone who transitioned later/isn't post op/isn't on my hormone regimen and I really do miss when the female forum was much more active like when I first came here many years ago. Alas I will continue posting on here with updates when I have them as you really never know if another girl like me may come along in the years to come. My point anyways is remember we are all individuals with a variety of hormone profile's/genetics and so on, for me many things have worked that have been touted on here in the past as "anti estrogenic" yet had a great estrogenic effect on me with my hormone bloods results and breast growth further confirming this. Please whoever reads this don't give up and don't be put off because of a couple people's statements(especially the spam posts we've had on here lately) it's a process, for some it's fast for others it's slow but progressive. I'll be back with an update when I have one   so glad to be fully back to my original program   oh and lastly I've stopped the olive oil shot because I felt no benefit on-top of my program, it really was only making me gain weight all over as it's high in calories and it also was just gross drinking it for me haha so my program is as it's always been plus the two topicals(RC I was already doing though) as I've already grown from.

It's late here, but after reading a few studies I've decided I will be canning the topical D3 in case of the potential happening, apparently too high igf-1 is a primary inhibitor(prevents) of growth hormone secretion which makes no sense to me as whilst we want igf-1 we absolutely need and want hgh to be higher for breast growth especially as we get older, so due to this statement how are we supposed to get good levels of both if one inhibits the other?. I'm quite perplexed but for now I will stick to my regular program without the topical D3 as Ive already grown on my regular program so I know it works and I was already doing topical Red Clover tincture after massage with my herbal EO infused oil so will continue all as normal just without the topical D3. I will rewrite my program again just incase anyone needs to know and I will link the study I read aswell. I just truly feel what has been tried and true working for me for all these years I should stick with. The only thing I may add on is ornithine or glutamine for a  HGH boost but that's to be decided yet.

Below is my program in full again for those following:
Morning: 
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule
1x 5000IU Vitamin D3 capsule

Midday:
2x 1500mg Fish oil (healthy fats)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg Fennel daily(estrogen and prolactin)
1x 300mg dong quai extract(equivalent to 3000mg material)
50 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
1x Sustained Release PABA 1000mg

Afternoon:
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule

Night:
1x 1500mg Fish oil(healthy fats)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg fennel(estrogen and prolactin)
75 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
1x 1500mg MSM tablet
Apply 5 drops red clover tincture on each nipple/areola massage in and then 5 drops over each breast so 20 drops all together

Drink a tea of Dong Quai and Red Date mostly every 2nd night(passionflower tea for other nights)

Massage with herbal infused oil once a day or night for 15-20 minutes.

Potentially adding in ornithine or glutamine(to be decided)

My areolas and nipples have been incredibly swollen and veiny with blue veins these past few days/nights, I am now on the brink of out growing another GG bra which when I do will make 3 I need in a 32H/30HH cup, my underbust has also remained less and my belly pudge seems much flatter so I am beyond wrapped!
I also just realised I don't think I have ever explained in words the massage I've been doing all these years during programs using my DIY herbal EO oil. It might be hard to imagine written in words but hopefully it gives you context.
I do each breast individually (all up 15-20 min massage) I start by oiling my whole breast and decollete, I then start massaging my decollete in upwards circular motions all the way up to my collarbone, then I start doing a kind of lymph drainage by massaging deeply in my armpit area where the fatty tissue is and where the crease meets my breast I do this 50 times per side, then I do 80 circular deep massage motions downwards on the tops of my breasts and over my areolas/nipples, then do the same but upwards on the underside of my breast, then I start doing deep large circular motions around my whole breast inwards(as though making cleavage with one breast per breast) almost like a "fat transfer massage" as whilst doing this I am pushing the upper breast tissue inwards I do this 70 times per breast, I then do the same in small circular motions around the areolas 30 times per breast and then do a deep tissue massage on the inner sides of my breasts. I do all this on each side which leaves my breasts flushed, regardless of how well this has worked for me over the years(and the fact my DIY herbal EO oil is slightly different in this program) I truly find this incredibly relaxing as I never knew I held so much stress in my chest area as I do suffer with high anxiety so it's a win win and definitely a self love thing for myself as I do this whilst watching my fave hauls on YouTube, I don't have any major noticeable stretch marks due to my oil ingredients keeping them at bay as I grow(also because whilst I've continuously grown it's been slow and steady which definitely helps the skin adjust better) so I am happy with that. I wanted to also make the point again that you should always do BOTH measurements and bra trying on, as one will always be lying to you, many of the best fullerbust brands like Curvy Kate, Marvell Lane, Bravissimo etc are all trained to specifically fit by EYE and not measurements, they all explain this is because no one measurement is the same size on every single person due to individual breast, being fuller up top or on the bottom and so on, for me I have alot of breast tissue up top so certain styles I need to size up in compared to someone who is bottom breast heavy and shallow up top, so remember just because your measurements may not be budging in a huge way does not mean you aren't growing as overbust measurements are across the nipple and that placement is different depending on the breast. Just some food for thought   Will update again when I can! Keep the faith up and you will succeed
