JB’s b??b journey

Hi, just starting out!

Have 3 kids, and combined 10 years of nursing took its toll (plus I’m 38).

Currently:
Bosom beauty 2x a day for 30min in AM & PM, I do 300 circular rotations with oil blend before & after.  Currently set on “pump” setting at a 3, anything else the girls turn purple.  I’m hoping they’ll be able to go to the “stim” setting soon, but even on a 1 right now they turn purple!  But it’s only been 3 days so maybe in a couple weeks.

Taking 250mg Swanson’s raw BO in the AM & PM (started that on Sept 12 too)

Drinking 2.5-3L of water a day

Also added 20g collagen for added protein today


Detailed starting measurements:
Bust: 34”
Over: 30”
Under: 26”
Left diameter: 7.5”
Right diameter: 7”
Left nipple to base: 3”
Right nipple to base: 2.75”
Starting measurements taking on cycle day 12

And general body stats:
5’10”
34”-22”-34” (taking BO hoping get more hips/butt too)

Goal is 36” bust, thinking 9-10” diameter across each breast (and 35” butt/hips).

I know breasts change during cycle so will prob only do measurement updates once a month, with CD12 measurements.

I do get great swelling post pumping/massage, and measure around 35” after, but obvi gone in a few hours bc just starting.

Welcome! and WOW you have an incredible figure!! clearly you work out which is good with nbe as when you grow it will be real growth not because you are overweight which weight gain can lie to us from my experience! I would kill for your figure whilst I have a slim tummy I dont have the ab definition you have!  Heart your program looks great I look forward to seeing your progress keep us posted  Hug

Hi! Thanks, it’s a specific method of training your abdominal wall that helps an cracks pop out, also gives core more stability for longevity.  I only workout for about 10 min once a week now for maintenance (I am active going on walks in nature & chasing kids around the playground).  To get the definition I did those specific core focused workouts 5 days a week for 2 months when lockdown first happened in 2020.  They’ve been there since.  I have always been slim though, my dad is 6’9” and only 200lbs.  My sister just started them the beginning of this month - she has our mom’s body type, beautiful curves, more Botticelli painting - but in 2 weeks has lost 7lbs and 3 dress sizes, and is just barely starting to see her ab crack for the first time in her life.

Hi, thank you - I got them pierced 3 years after I finished nursing, did them about a year apart.  Only planned to pierce one, but it made my nipple so much larger than the other had to even them out some lol.

After reading this I’ve added pituitary, kelp & saw palmetto starting this AM (Amazon delivered late last night).

My breasts have gotten used to the pumping already and can take a 6, so last night I changed my pumping method to 12 min at level 6, there is a lot of pressure, boobs turn bright red, but not purple. Then I take it off for 2 min & massage circles, they go back to normal pale color within 30 seconds.  I repeat that 2 more times for 3 sets total.  It takes a little more time than just pumping for 30 min, but I like that I can feel the expansion of tissue and that’s kind of the point.  It doesn’t hurt, but it’s definitely not comfortable, don’t think I could keep at a 6 without that little break.

Another addition: instead of 300 circle rotations before, I drape a massaging heating pad over my breasts for 10 min prior to pumping to warm them up & boost blood flow.  It’s far too soon to see permanent growth, but my breasts are almost filling the large cups now while pumping - this could also be due to more pressure.  I still do the 300 rotations after.

I like to meditate in the AM listening to an AC sound on YouTube, and found breast growth subliminals with a similar white noise sound, so I put that on repeat while doing this before the kids wake up (& after they go to bed).

I also ordered a vial of Sarsasapogenin (volufiline), it’s the pure undiluted version, recommended dose is 5%, so I’m only adding 1-2 drops of it to my oil blend.

I know this is all too early to tell permanent growth differences yet, but wanted to update changes in method in case it works, not only do I know what worked/when, but hopefully will work for everyone else too & we can all have the bouncy beautiful busts of our dreams!

PS my swell after pumping this AM was a 9.5” & 9.75” diameter across each breast!! Can’t wait for that to be my new normal!!

Other vitamins I’ve taken for years - not for NBE just health - that I still currently take: DHEA, D+K, NMN, Osmosis recovery (a prebiotic/omega/fat pad renewal), Berberine 3x a week (saw a study on diabetics taking metformin live 7years longer on avg bc of the effect on the body, berberine is a natural version of it, but can cause weight loss & I definitely don’t need that so only take M/W/F, took it daily at the start and lost 4lbs in a week, so if not wanting weight loss & try it, don’t take daily).  Listing those in case they have any affect on growth.

Well you look incredible to say the least!! Do you possibly have a link to a video of these workouts? Also your program sounds great and very well planned out excited to see your progress!  Big Grin just be wary with saw palmetto its known to give cellulite on some people

Woah! Good to know on Saw Palmetto, I read a bunch more threads by Miss Mad Scientist & she said no phytoestrogens w/ BO so stopped it.  Her results were amazing, not sure my frame can take a J cup, but I was a 30G nursing, would love to get back to that!  I got some major swelling with pumping, I had to order new domes bc I filled the L too quickly, not even 10 min into pumping and it just hurt pressing on the knob at the end, so I haven’t pumped since Wednesday, I had a swell of 37.25” after!!!!!!!  Rn they’re 34.25” so might be growth or might be period due in 5 days, no clue, know it’s a slow & steady progress & can’t wait for my XL domes.

Hey, doing a measurement update for CD5 (I think the BO made my period come early, bc that is the smallest my boobs are during my cycle, day after period.

I take measurements at the bottom of the exhale so smallest chest can get to have less room for error.  I have not pumped at all during period, decided for this round to do a 100% stop week, no pumping even, so smallest measurements more accurate with no swelling.

9/28/23 measurements:
Bust: 34 1/8”
Over: 31 1/4”
Under: 26”
Left diameter: 7.5”
Right diameter: 7.25” 
Left under (bottom of nipple to base): 3 1/8”
Right under: 3”
CD: 5

Change in pumping routine:
I do heating pad w/ high heat & low vibration setting draped over chest for 10 min
I do both breasts for 8 min then remove and apply high heat again with low vibration 
I do only left breast for 8 min (got a tubing clamp on Amazon for cheap bc I have the bosom beauty pump) then heat both for 2
Pump both for 8 min then heat for 2 min followed by 300 rotations.

Seems like my breasts are becoming more symmetrical, so yay!  It’s annoying having a bra cup bubbling over on one side or gapping a little on the other, bras are fitting better already

The bra in the photo is a 30D, when I bought it the left side did not fill out all the way, so yay, seems some possible actual growth!!

I take a lot of supplements for longevity & anti-aging already, so this will be a long af list but in case any are prohibitive of breast growth, please let me know, but if any are boosting my growth, well, there’s the complete list below

Current supplements:
Daily:
84-114g protein

Waking: 6-7am (41g protein!!)
2 HMB (100mg total)
2000mg MSM 
50mg DHEA (Dr had me on already)
200mg DIM (Dr has me on)
6mg boron (per Dr)
50mg zinc + 2mg copper (per Dr)
D+K (20mcg/300mcg) (per Dr)
2 heliocare (internal sunscreen)
Brewers yeast/spirulina (2TB ea w/ water - plug & chug it’s nasty, but lowers insulin & complete easily assimilated form of protein)
1ml liquid chlorophyll (internal deodorant & anti inflammatory)
Matcha protein mix (16g-20g protein from whey or casein powder, I alternate daily with matcha & water for anti-aging)
1 TB Osmosis recovery (an omega blend for gut health & fat pad recovery, again anti-aging)
BO on nips w/ silicone cover & alcohol wipe before (got a big box of 70% wipes for cheap on amazon)

Noon: 
2 HMB (100mg total)
BO nips refresh (wiping w/ 70% alcohol each time)

Evening: 6-7pm
2 HMB (100mg total)
1000mg l-arginine (was already taking & Dr recommended in PM)
1 TB Osmosis recovery (take twice a day for anti-aging)

Bedtime: 10-11pm
20g casein protein
30g flax in water
1500mg BO
80 mg PG
325mcg kelp
3g GABA in water (was taking a bedtime gummy prior of 10mg but upped it per MissMadScientist rec for HGH)
5 mg mk677 (working up to 20-25mg/day, we will see, taking 5mg first week or two, weekdays only & stop on period)
1 Yasmin
BO nips refresh (& 70% alcohol wipe before)

No BO during period = stop week
BO CD 8 through 24 (oral & on nips)
Retinol on areolas/nips in stop week (I’ve actually been slathering on my entire breasts & abdomen - maybe it’ll help with lax/extra skin from babies lol)

So not doing BO next couple of days, only CD 8-24 for break per MissMadScientist recommendation, but this is my current plan, will start the MK677 today (CD6) & not take next 2 days for weekend, then start again on Monday at 5mg (.25mL on dropper).

OMFG, surprise benefit:

For the past 5 years or so I’ve gotten cystic acne on my jaw line/neck with every period, starts 2-3 days after ovulation and takes up until ovulation to clear.  So only 2 or 3 days of almost clear skin a month!! I’ve tried EVERYTHING, literally, from gut cleanses to special skin care to fancy facials and all the acne patches (I even smeared snail mucin & tallow on my skin) to herbal to chemical to pharmaceutical, even subliminals and alternative therapies (like hypnosis to see what mental blocks I have to clear skin lol) and nothing seemed to work. Not even the doxycycline which clears everyone’s skin)

2 nights of 5mg ibutamoren/mk677 and I woke up this AM with an almost 100% clear face!!  2 of the biggest cysts are now just teeny barely inflamed can only tell if looking close bumps, where a few nights ago I had at LEAST 20 (srsly, used more than an entire pack of CosRx patches & minimal change in the AM, just a teeny bit less angry, still super obvious and inflamed).

Obvi take at your own risk & don’t take if risk of cancer (I’ve done lots of tests including prenovu scan, I’m clear), it makes your cells proliferate - great for boob growth (or muscle as body builders commonly use) bad for cancer cells.
