Hi! I'm a newbie to this forum but I've been on others since last year.
I started my first routine in the spring of 2008, it consisted of natural Fennel seeds and Vitamin C only. I experienced a lot of pains and the feeling of having boobs (they bouced and shook around like they finally had something to say), it felt great but there was not much visible growth. Just fennel addiction.
My starting statistics have been:
April 2008
19 years old, 5'5-5'6, no drink or smoke, and not on the pill
Underbust: 27.5"
Bust: 32.5"
Cup Size: I wore 34B but I didn't usually fill them completely, my breasts were wide but not projected forward. I filled a 34A but I got redness because the cup wass a bit narrow for me.
Weight: 105-108
Body type: I'll say hourglass just because the wait to hip ratio saves me.
Waist is 25", Hips are 35" and Butt is 39"
May 2008
Underbust: 28"
Bust: 33"
April 2009
I weigh 52 kilos and am 1.67 meters tall.
20 years old, no drinking, no smoking.
No children, no birth control pills.
Exactly 33" (85 cm) in warm weather.
...So at least I kept what I gained even though I lost weight.
I rested during the autumn and winter in between, and started this spring with a new routine!
I'm chewing natural fenugreek seeds, 15 seeds = 1 dose.
I've been adjusting the routine, as I had no pains at all for a few weeks. I'm slowly ramping up the doses, and I will eventually add Fennel (I have powder capsules but they do nothing to me compared to what the natural seeds did)
So this is my new routine calendar:

Now I do have pains, more on my left breast (which is smaller), I cried in almost every scene of The Notebook, my sex drive is through the roof and so are my mood swings. I got a bit of hormonal acne when I started (chin area), but it might have been PMS. I started my period today with no pain at all.
So I'm on the right track!!
I've also been massaging with home-made extracts: Fenugreek and licorice so far, fennel is about to be added. It also includes some Vitamin E.

- Make extracts with oil instead of alcohol.
- Keep drinking tea (licorice root, caraway, fennel and fenugreek) just until I run out of those herbs and for kicks.
Exrercise routine:
- 1 hour everyday, alternating running and a home workout.
Goal measurements:
Bust: 88 centimeters (+6 cm to go)
Waist: 58 centimeters (-4 cm to go)
Butt: 98 centimeters (+1 cm to go)

- More papaya + protein powder for breakfast.

For July, I got:
- Flax Seed Oil
- Fenugreek seeds in powder form
I've left some of the fenugreek to simmer in the oil to add to the cocoa butter, but I'm a little confused as to how I should combine all the ingredients I have now. I also have Oregano and Wild Yam available.
According to some of the research posted on these boards, Oregano is one of the most powerful progesterone receptors, but licorice root is anti-progesterone. Wild Yam suppresses progesterone but increases its binding to receptors.
I don't even know which hormone I need.

Internals:
- 1 pearl of flax seed oil (the bottle I bought has no measurement of how many grams it contains, but it's from my now trusted herbal shop so it's as pure and natural as it can be)
- 1/2 mini spoon (dessert spoon or baby spoon) of fenugreek powder
All this, twice a day.
Externals:
- Cocoa butter + Vitamin E mixed with flax seed oil, while I leave the fenugreek powder to simmer in some more oil.
Other:
- I'm trying EFT, visualizations and provoking my own sensations. I haven't settled on one method that works.
Boobie foods:
- If it turns to gelatin in the fridge, eat it. So far have found pig's skin does this, I've never liked it but for my boob's sakes I'll try it. It's like pork rinds, but soft and disgusting, and it makes anything you put them in turn into gelatin.

I struggled with severe acne before, I took Oratane to fix it. This was years ago and my doctor said that every once in a while I'd have acne coming back, but nowhere near what I had. This is a lot like the monstrous acne I had.
I'm having an appointment with him to check:
- If I show superficial signs of circulatory problems
- If my acne problem from years ago was due to hormonal reasons
- If I can get rid of all the leftovers with a peeling
- Annnd I should tell him about the herbs I'm taking.

Lower doses were the key, I think I kept the phytoestrogens below a level where they would give me negative feedback (no growth, acne). I drank soy milk beverages, added lavender to my massage, everything was great, my boobs were happy and I was, too.
I grew beautifuly but then everything was gone with my period, so I desperately took more fenugreek, which made me reach that level of negative feedback (yes, more acne)
So I stopped everything until I got vitex. I think I should re-start after a 2-week break (is that enough time?) but again, starting with very low levels of my 2 ingredients.
Today I got vitex. I shall drink a few drops tonight (liquid extract) and do that for about 5 days to restore my normal levels, and then I'll add the fenugreek.

During June I did little to nothing, only chewed a few of licorice roots before bedtime, so I can say that was my last break. I had a major break from Summer 2008 and until this year started.
My routine as of now consists of:
Internals:
- Fenugreek powder, I can't possibly measure it because the quantity is so small, in size it is about the amount of powder you could fill into 2 capsules. It's pure fenugreek seed powder.
- 1 pearl of Flax Seed Oil (oil comes in pearls, so it's a standard size, no weight indicated on the bottle)
I took these at the same time, before bedtime. Only 1 dose a day.
Externals:
- 2 massages a day: one dry before showering (morning usually), and one before bedtime with a batter I made myself.
Boobie batter: I let some of the fenugreek powder sit in flax seed oil and olive oil for more than 1 week, then I mixed it with Cocoa Butter + Vitamin E.
Any other extras have been Vitamin C chewable tablets, and protein powder in whatever I can ad it to. Lots of oats, too, and always more meat and eggs than carbs and sugars.
Living conditions:
I live in northern Mexico, it's pretty hot all year round, with the occasional rain and then we randomly get a few days of intense cold, but then we're back to the hot weather. It's been pretty intense this year.
So...
I stopped since my last period, as I thought it would be better to wait until the next cycle, so before continuing I better start with a clean slate: I'm detoxing for 2 weeks. Milk thistle is a bit expensive, and I made an unnecessary purchase with Vitex, so I'll see what to do about that, I'll look for detoxing methods.

What I am doing:
- Drinking lemon water (not lemonade) every morning upon waking up.
- Taking 2 pearls of Flax Seed Oil with every meal.
- Lowering insulin by eating less starchy foods.
- 500mg of Vitamin C every two days.
- Taking care of the acne. Might do microdermabrasions.
What I have yet do:
- Get Milk Thistle
- Find Borage oil
- Alternate the Vitamin C with Vitamin A, a Vitamin B complex, and Zinc.
- Build muscle! I am skinny enough (size 4 bordering on 2) but I don't want to loose my shape, so I'll work out with weights a lot to get firmer, plus I'll survive the fatty season and be ready for next spring!

Externals:
- Cocoa butter + Vitamin E mixed with flax seed oil, while I leave the fenugreek powder to simmer in some more oil.
Other:
- I'm trying EFT, visualizations and provoking my own sensations. I haven't settled on one method that works.
Boobie foods:
- If it turns to gelatin in the fridge, eat it. So far have found pig's skin does this, I've never liked it but for my boob's sakes I'll try it. It's like pork rinds, but soft and disgusting, and it makes anything you put them in turn into gelatin.

I'm chewing natural fenugreek seeds, 15 seeds = 1 dose.
I've been adjusting the routine, as I had no pains at all for a few weeks. I'm slowly ramping up the doses, and I will eventually add Fennel (I have powder capsules but they do nothing to me compared to what the natural seeds did)

I got a bit of hormonal acne when I started (chin area), but it might have been PMS. I started my period today with no pain at all.

I've also been massaging with home-made extracts: Fenugreek and licorice so far, fennel is about to be added. It also includes some Vitamin E.
I struggled with severe acne before, I took Oratane to fix it. This was years ago and my doctor said that every once in a while I'd have acne coming back, but nowhere near what I had. This is a lot like the monstrous acne I had.
I'm having an appointment with him to check:
- If I show superficial signs of circulatory problems
- If my acne problem from years ago was due to hormonal reasons
- If I can get rid of all the leftovers with a peeling
- Annnd I should tell him about the herbs I'm taking.

Lower doses were the key, I think I kept the phytoestrogens below a level where they would give me negative feedback (no growth, acne). I drank soy milk beverages, added lavender to my massage, everything was great, my boobs were happy and I was, too.
I grew beautifuly but then everything was gone with my period, so I desperately took more fenugreek, which made me reach that level of negative feedback (yes, more acne)
So I stopped everything until I got vitex. I think I should re-start after a 2-week break (is that enough time?) but again, starting with very low levels of my 2 ingredients.
Today I got vitex. I shall drink a few drops tonight (liquid extract) and do that for about 5 days to restore my normal levels, and then I'll add the fenugreek.

During June I did little to nothing, only chewed a few of licorice roots before bedtime, so I can say that was my last break. I had a major break from Summer 2008 and until this year started.
My routine as of now consists of:
Internals:
- Fenugreek powder, I can't possibly measure it because the quantity is so small, in size it is about the amount of powder you could fill into 2 capsules. It's pure fenugreek seed powder.
- 1 pearl of Flax Seed Oil (oil comes in pearls, so it's a standard size, no weight indicated on the bottle)
I took these at the same time, before bedtime. Only 1 dose a day.
Externals:
- 2 massages a day: one dry before showering (morning usually), and one before bedtime with a batter I made myself.
Boobie batter: I let some of the fenugreek powder sit in flax seed oil and olive oil for more than 1 week, then I mixed it with Cocoa Butter + Vitamin E.
Any other extras have been Vitamin C chewable tablets, and protein powder in whatever I can ad it to. Lots of oats, too, and always more meat and eggs than carbs and sugars.
Living conditions:
I live in northern Mexico, it's pretty hot all year round, with the occasional rain and then we randomly get a few days of intense cold, but then we're back to the hot weather. It's been pretty intense this year.
So...
I stopped since my last period, as I thought it would be better to wait until the next cycle, so before continuing I better start with a clean slate: I'm detoxing for 2 weeks. Milk thistle is a bit expensive, and I made an unnecessary purchase with Vitex, so I'll see what to do about that, I'll look for detoxing methods.

What I am doing:
- Drinking lemon water (not lemonade) every morning upon waking up.
- Taking 2 pearls of Flax Seed Oil with every meal.
- Lowering insulin by eating less starchy foods.
- 500mg of Vitamin C every two days.
- Taking care of the acne. Might do microdermabrasions.
What I have yet do:
- Get Milk Thistle
- Find Borage oil
- Alternate the Vitamin C with Vitamin A, a Vitamin B complex, and Zinc.
- Build muscle! I am skinny enough (size 4 bordering on 2) but I don't want to loose my shape, so I'll work out with weights a lot to get firmer, plus I'll survive the fatty season and be ready for next spring!
