Does the bradelis bra or one of that effect actually work to move the tissue over time? What the science behind it?

It’s hard to say, never seen science behind it but it’s been working for me, I just don’t have the right support bra, I could fnd it either on wish, if you had a link could you show me?
Otherwise I used to find them all the time on Aliexpress but I kept getting the wrong size so gave up.
